This statement describes the privacy practices of "OptiCore" (the "Platform"), a proprietary in-house application engineered by Tianjin Yunlizhi Technology (collectively referred to as "the Company", "we", "our", or "us"). OptiCore is reserved exclusively for use by our authorized personnel and is intended to streamline the planning, execution, and performance review of advertising activities run on the Meta Platform. The following sections explain how the Platform handles information generated during day-to-day operations.
To deliver its advertising operations features, the Platform interacts with two types of data, described below.
Whenever a designated team member signs in with their personal Meta account and grants the Platform the necessary permissions, we receive a limited set of profile attributes essential for verifying the user and enabling access controls. These attributes generally consist of the public identifiers tied to the Meta account (such as display name and avatar) along with the inventory of advertising accounts the staff member is entitled to operate. We pledge that these attributes are leveraged only to recognize the staff member as a Platform operator and to acquire the advertising privileges required for their role; no portion of this data will be repurposed for objectives unrelated to the staff member's official duties.
Once authorization has been provided by a staff member, the Platform connects to the Meta Marketing API to retrieve assets owned by the Company. The retrieved records may cover, among other items:
Every piece of data accessed or processed inside the Platform is dedicated solely to the internal business goals listed below:
Because the Platform is a strictly internal asset, we do not transfer, market, lease, or otherwise expose any data acquired through it—whether staff authorization data or advertising resource data—to outside parties. Permission to view or operate on the data is confined to those Tianjin Yunlizhi Technology employees whose responsibilities specifically require such access.
We take responsibility for keeping Company data secure. To this end, we maintain a layered combination of organizational, technical, and physical controls intended to defend the information processed by the Platform from unauthorized retrieval, misuse, or disclosure.
A staff member may revoke or revise the authorization granted to the Platform at any moment from within their personal Meta account by navigating to "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings" > "Apps and Websites". After authorization is withdrawn, the Platform immediately loses the ability to query that account. For any inquiries concerning data retrieval or oversight, please reach out to the Company's IT division or the Marketing Operations team.
From time to time, we may revise this statement to keep pace with adjustments in our procedures or to address other operational needs. Any modifications will be circulated through the Company's internal communication channels.
